Jerk&Pullups

Magnus&Micke:

Five sets of:
Jerk x 1.1.1 (70kg)
(rest 5-7 seconds between jerk attempts)
Rest 20 seconds
Pull-Ups x 10 reps
Rest 3 minutes;
and then,
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes of:
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Jerks



12 min complex körde micke 55kg hela tiden ut, medans jag var tvungen att
skala ner efter 5 min till 45kg.
